Fee

All participants including those with accepted proposals are required to pay the participation fee in order to complete the registration. 

The fee package for presenters and non-presenters includes book of abstracts and programme, conference kit, participation in all sessions, lunch and refreshments, and tied-in music events.

Hotel accommodation, airport shuttle and excursion are excluded in the fee package.
