INSTRUCTION

Online Poster Presentation:

Participants whose abstract will be accepted for online poster presentation are required to follow the poster presentation guidelines:

1. Please prepare an A1 size (59.4 X 84.1 cm) of the online poster. Poster guideline and template can be downloaded on our website (provided by Dr. Ir. Sitti Latifah, M.Sc.F.)
2. Please submit your full paper by email before deadline on 8 May 2021 to Dr. Ir. Sitti Latifah, M.Sc.F.: sittilatifah@unram.ac.id
3. Please submit your poster by email before deadline on 15 May 2021 to Dr. Ir. Sitti Latifah, M.Sc.F.: sittilatifah@unram.ac.id
4. Your poster will be uploaded in the website.  
5. Please check and recheck your poster at the designated poster website
6. About 50 posters will be evaluated by the appointed judges. The Team Panel will contact the 10 best selected poster and invite you to the online platform (Zoom/Webex) for Q&A.
7. Winners of the 3 best poster will receive an award during the closing ceremony.
8. Please ask FWSTE2021 secretariat should you need assistance.

 

All Invited Speakers who will present the oral presentation are required to follow the oral presentation guidelines:

1. Please submit your full paper before the deadline 8 May 2021 to Dr. Sabiha Salim:  fwste2021oral@gmail.com
2. Please submit your slide presentation before the deadline 22 May 2021 to Dr. Sabiha Salim:  fwste2021oral@gmail.com
3. Your full paper and slide presentation files are confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone without your permission.
4. Please identify your technical session schedule for oral presentation on the conference program in the website. Please follow the oral presentation timeline as follows.
5. Time allocation:

• Keynote speakers – 30 minutes (25 minutes presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A)
• Invited oral presentation – 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation and 5 minutes Q&A).

1. Please make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection before your session begins, to avoid any interruption during your session.
2. Please be ready in online Webinar platform (Zoom/Webex) 15 minutes before the technical session begins.
3. Please follow the instructions and time given by the moderator.
