Fees & Payment Method


PAYMENT NOTES

  1. UPM GATEWAY. Go to UPM GATEWAY and click “MAKE PAYMENT” button. Select ICERP2024 from the drop-down list and fill in the participant’s details in the provided form.
  2. Proceed to “MY PAYMENT” in the conference bay system and make payment accordingly. Please note that there is an extra 5% charge for using this payment method. This charge covers the processing fees associated with online payments.
  3. VOT TRANSFER (within UPM). Please use this FORM (Refer to the vote Transfer Form Sample as guideline). Vote number (6483600). Upload the proof of payment (scanned and completed Vote Transfer Form) during online registration.
  4. SPONSORSHIP (FOR UPM POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS ONLY) – UPM Postgraduate students in good standing are eligible to apply for sponsorship to attend international conference including ICERP2024, subject to terms and conditions. Kindly download the application form HERE

Proof of Payment: For confirmation on receipt of payment, you are required to upload proof of payment in the system. Log in > My Payment > Upload proof of payment


REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds or credits will be issued on withdrawal, cancellation or change requests received once registered online with proof of payment.

Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised. Please notify us at least 14 working days before the conference to make arrangements.
