Payment by Bank Transfer/Credit Card/Interbank Giro (IBG),

  • Pay using Payment Gateway
  • Go to: https://paygate.upm.edu.my
  • Click 'Buat Bayaran’ or ‘Make Payment'
  • Payment for: ICICET2021
  • Fill up the details
  • Click 'Pay’
  • Participants are required to upload the “Proof of Payment” evidence in ConfBay system.
  • Log in > My Payment > Upload Proof of Payment > Upload & SAVE

 

2.

Payment by vot transfer,

  • For UPM staff/ student only.
  • Please submit a copy of completed BR45 form in the ConfBay system.
  • Log in > My Payment > Upload completed BR45 form > Upload & SAVE

 

3.

Payment by Local Order,

  • Payment needs to be settled before the conference.
  • Please email to: suryani@upm.edu.my for further inquiry.

3.    CANCELLATION POLICY
 

If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by someone else from the same institute/organization.

 

Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:



  • Registrations cancelled before August 14, 2021 will be refunded 80% of the registration fees. The remaining 20% of the fee contributes to administration costs incurred.
  • Registrations cancelled after August 14, 2021 but before September 1, 2021 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. The remaining 50% of the fee contributes to administration costs incurred.
  • Registrations cancelled on or after September 1, 2021 will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Registrations cancelled from the authors because of his/her paper not being accepted will be refunded 80% of the registrations fees. The remaining 20% of the fee contributes to administration costs incurred. For this case, the last date to cancel is September 1, 2021.
