Accommodation & Transport

Participants will need to cover the expenses of accommodation which is not inclusive in the conference fee. However, we would like to offer an exclusive deal by Hotel Place2Stay @The Mines, a franchise hotel of a 10-minute drive away from the event venue. Located in a convenient hub surrounded by a KTM train station, a popular shopping mall, a variety of eateries, convenient stores and laundrettes, this hotel offers modest and simple rooms with affordable prices. The room rates exclusively for ICMus19 participants and only valid from Oct 30 till Nov 3 are as shown below: 

• Super Single - RM55.10 (RM 58 for non-participants) - Single Bed/ No Window/1 pax max
• Double Standard Superior - RM64.60 (RM 68 for non-participants) - Queen Bed/ No Window/2 pax max
• Double Standard Deluxe -  RM83.60 (RM 88 for non-participants) - Queen Bed/ With Window/2 pax max
• Twin Single Superior - RM74.10 (RM 78 for non-participants) - 2 Single Bed/ No Window/2 pax max

All booking reservations should be done via this online booking form. 

Note: 

• Each room is equiped with a private bathroom, an air-conditioner, wi-fi and a television.
• Breakfast is NOT inclusive. 
• Non-Malaysian guests are to be charged of a levied Tourism tax (TTx) at RM10 per room per night. Only cash term is accepted. 
• A refundable deposit of RM50 per room is required on check-in. Only cash term is accepted.

We will also arrange daily shuttle from Hotel Place2Stay@The Mines to the ICMus19 Venue from Oct 31 till Nov 2. Due to limited seats, we practice prior arrangement, and so a last-minute hop-in will be susceptible to the availability of vacant seats. A priority is given to the  participants who stay at Hotel Place2Stay@The Mines.
