PUBLICATIONS OPPORTUNITIES

All accepted full papers in this conference will be published in WCC2025 Proceedings with e-ISBN registered. A copy of the e-proceedings will be provided to all conference attendees.

In addition to WCC2025 proceedings, selected full papers from WCC2025 will be considered and invited to submit a full manuscript to Scopus or non-Scopus indexed journals, provided they meet the journal’s scope and requirements. Note that these papers may undergo second review by the faculty and a third by the journals. The acceptance will be subjected to the publisher’s evaluation. 

Publication Fees:
If accepted, the publication fee (as listed below) will be borne by the authors. In addition to the publication fee, an administrative fee of RM30 (10USD) will be applied for all journal submissions.
