Author's Guide

There are two stages of submission

 

Stage 1: Abstract Submission
Please go to download section for ABSTRACT template and then submit your abstract HERE.
The accepted abstract will be presented during the symposium.

 

Stage 2: Full Paper submission
For accepted abstracts, they are invited to submit for full paper.  Full paper will be submitted for possible publication in Pertanika Journal of Science and Technology (JST) and the paper has been presented at the conference.

To help you prepare your paper for submission, be sure your paper is formatted according to the journal requirement (pay special attention to margins, single column format, and do not put header/footer/page numbers).

Please go to download section for FULL PAPER template and email the full paper to smartcity18.tpc@gmail.com.

Authors should only submit originally written, unpublished work to Smart City Symposium 2018. All papers must be written in English. Author is responsible to perform similarity check (acceptable 30% and below) before submitting the final paper.
