ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
- All abstracts must be submitted ONCE via Google Form with the link provided below ONLY: https://forms.gle/eaqEN8BdFTvbvzvs8
- The title for each abstract submission must strictly follow the format as NAME_(UNIVERSITY’S NAME)_ABSTRACT with the name of the university in the abbreviation.
- The regulations for abstracts are stated in the Abstract Template.
- Participants must use the template provided for the abstract.
- The abstract must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx or .doc) format.
- The final submission must be free of any spelling or grammatical errors and scientifically accurate.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to edit if the submitted abstract contains obvious spelling or grammatical errors. Poor grammar and spelling errors may result in rejection of the abstract.
- Once the submission is done, any request for amendment will not be entertained.
- The deadline for abstract submission is 3rd May 2024.
