DAY 2 OF SYMPOSIUM PRESENTATION

The second day of symposium presentation was held at Agriculture Hall, Faculty of Agriculture, UPM. We would like to thank the panelist for 7th IASS-Symposium-Day-2: Prof. Norsida Man, Dr. Chong Chou Min, Dr. Kelly Wong Kai Seng, Dr. Nazatul Shima Naharudin, and Dr. Nur Bahiah Mohamed Haris for your presences and expertised evaluation throughout the symposium.

Day-2, today’s symposium were presented by 2 participants from Vellore Institute of Technology, 1 participant from Central Luzon State University, 3 participants from Romblon State University, and 3 participants from Universiti Putra Malaysia.

Aside from that, we would like to congrats the presenters who had conducted a fruitful and wonderful presentation, and the studies shared were indeed informative.

The day was continued by visiting the research laboratories available in the Faculty of Agriculture. The Faculty of Agriculture is composed of 5 blocks and 7 departments which each block has been specialized based on courses and expertise. The purpose of this tour is to expose participants to the facilities available in UPM especially in the Faculty of Agriculture.

The block name and facilities are as below:

Department of Animal Science (Block C): Nutritional Laboratory and Slaughter House
Department of Crop Science (Block D): Tissue Culture and Plant Physiology Laboratory
Department of Plant Protection (Block E): Toxicology and Microbiology Laboratory, Entomology and Pathology Museum

We hope that all participants and companions enjoyed and had fun on the tour that was conducted.
