About the Conference
Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) is pleased to host the first-ever Joint Conference of the 19th International Asian Conference of the Academy of Human Resource Development and the 13th Conference of the Asian Regional Association for Career Development 2020 (AHRD-ARACD 2020). The conference will be held at the beautiful Renaissance Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from November 18-21, 2020. The full conference program includes:
- Pre-conference workshops: 18-19 November, 2020
- Conference program: 20-21 November, 2020
The theme for AHRD-ARACD 2020 is ‘Advancing Workforce Practice, Mobility & Productivity in a Borderless World.’ As the world continues to experience greater workforce mobility through physical migration and greater exchanges of information and knowledge, there is an increasing need to share strategies and best practices on how to maximize human potential in this emerging environment. The AHRD-ARACD 2020 conference aims to address this theme by providing a forum for the latest research findings, practices, and theoretical developments in human resource and career development.
