GUIDELINES - ABSTRACT, POSTER, VIDEO & PUBLICATION
PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITY
- Each group allowed to submit one article for each registered sub-theme.
- Each article should have 4-5 pages in lenght excluding references.
- The article will be peer reviewed by expertise based on the sub-themes.
- Please be reminded that only registered participants are permitted to be listed as the article’s authors (maximum 5 registered team members).
- All accepted articles will be considered for publication in ARC2021 E-Proceeding.

Virtual exhibition regulations:
Guidelines for Submission of Video Presentation 1. Please prepare a video presentation, having you presenting in front of a camera OR your voice over the PowerPoint OR a combination of any other creative methods of your preference. For example, you may use multiple screens, one for the PowerPoint presentation slides and a smaller one with you as the presenter. 2. The video duration should be between 8 to 10 minutes. 3. All information about the presentation such as title of the paper, authors’ name and affiliation must appear on the first slide of your presentation. 4. Presentation is in English. 5. Please send the presentation video before or on the due date of submission of video (14/7/2021): - Downloadable link (Google drive, etc), Internet File transfer services (WeTransfer, etc) or any other acceptable methods. 6. Recommended file formats: - Video presentations: MP4, MPEG4, MOV, WMV, FLV, AVI, etc - Presentation slides: PDF, PowerPoint - SAIZ (1280x720 – HD) 7. All presentation videos will be posted in ARC2021 YouTube Channel. The links will be emailed to all the presenters on the conference period (28/7/2021 – 4/8/2021). 2. The presentation video and slides will be made available for view or download by the public. You are encouraged to share the links with your friends and colleagues. 3. You may receive feedbacks and questions posted by the viewers. Kindly respond promptly.
