Abstract Submission & Guidelines
General Instructions:
1. Authors are invited to submit abstracts of original research papers that fall within the scope of the respective conferences. Please indicate the acronym of your conference in your abstract as follows:
3. All abstracts will undergo a review process by subject-matter experts. Based on the evaluation, abstracts will be assigned to either oral or poster presentation sessions.
4. An acceptance letter will be issued within SIX (6) weeks of submission. All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference e-proceedings.
Preparation of Abstracts:
Title
The title must be typed in 14-point Arial font, bold, centred, with single-line spacing, and capitalised for each word.
Author(s)
The name(s) of the author(s) should be typed with 12-point Arial font, centred, and single-line spacing. Assign each author’s affiliation using a lowercase superscript letter placed immediately after the author’s name and in front of the appropriate address.
Affiliation Address
The affiliation address of each author must be typed with 11-point Arial font, italic, single-line spacing, and centred. Identify the corresponding author with an asterisk (*) and include the corresponding author’s email address after the affiliation.
Abstract Section
The abstract text must be prepared in Microsoft Word using 12-point Arial font, italicised, with justified alignment and single-line spacing, presented as a single continuous paragraph. The abstract should not exceed 300 words and must include the following elements:
Introduction
Objectives
Materials and Methods
Results
Conclusion
Keywords
Provide a maximum of six (6) keywords, arranged alphabetically and placed directly below the abstract. Keywords must be typed in 12-point Arial, separated by commas, and should not repeat terms used in the title.

Authors must strictly adhere to the formatting requirements stated in the official abstract template provided in the Download section.
