The Innovation Showcase (IS2026) competition will be divided into THREE (3) phases:
Phase 1: Registration and abstract submission

The committee will receive and review the submitted abstract.

Acceptance notifications and ID numbers will be provided via email to participants after registration.

Phase 2: Payment of participation fee

Acceptance of abstract (including presentation ID number) will be emailed to participants after the review process. Please keep your proof of payment in Word or PDF format and include your name and phone number. The secretariat reserves the right to make any amendments at any time to any part of these terms and conditions without prior notice to participants.
Phase 3a: Submission of presentation video for participants joining online:
- Participants joining online are required to prepare a poster and a video based on the provided templates via the following link:https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/15yhBnzZpE77Et54G37l-J-Q80R9RCoEn?usp=sharing
- Participants must record a video clearly explaining their innovation poster. They are encouraged to upload the recording on YouTube (public or unlisted mode). An unlisted video means it can only be viewed by those who have the link.

Phase 3b: Poster submission and presentation session for participants joining physically

Participants attending physically are required to prepare a poster based on the poster templates provided via the following link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/15yhBnzZpE77Et54G37l-J-Q80R9RCoEn?usp=sharing

Participants will present their Innovation Poster / Innovation Product physically on 11 June 2026 at the Faculty of Educational Studies, Universiti Putra Malaysia. Participants are required to bring a printed poster for exhibition purposes.
WINNERS for the virtual and physical categories will be announced on June 11, 2026, at the announcement ceremony in the Auditorium, Faculty of Educational Studies. For the virtual category, you can watch through the FPP Facebook platform.
