Important Notes

1. Please read the Official User Manual before making any payment. The manual provides complete instructions for using the PUTRA@iPaygate system.
   
   
2. Do not close your current window or click the Back button on your browser until you receive a successful transaction status to avoid double payment.
   
   
3. Proceed with payment only after receiving the official Letter of Acceptance. Do not make any payment before the organizer confirms your participation.
   
   

Alternative Payment Methods

1. UPM staff and students may pay using the internal Vote Transfer method (Jurnal Pelarasan Antara PTJ). Please prepare the required financial documents in accordance with UPM guidelines to transfer the payment to Vote Number 6483600-10901. Please scan and upload the approved Form SOK/KEW/BR045/HSL as proof of payment. A hardcopy of the approved document must be submitted no later than the on-site registration on 24 September 2026 at the event venue.
   
   
2. Participants from government agencies or other public universities requiring an invoice may use a Purchase Order (PO) or Letter of Guarantee (Surat Jaminan Pembayaran). Please scan and upload the approved document as proof of payment. A hardcopy of the approved document must be submitted no later than the on-site registration on 24 September 2026. at the event venue. Please address the document to:

3. A successful payment transaction does not automatically complete your registration. You must upload your official receipt to confirm your attendance via the ICERP 2026 Final Paper Submission Form  or the Innovation Showcase (IS) 2026 Proof Submission Form.
   

     

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payment transactions are final. Registration fees are strictly non-refundable and cancellations are not permitted. Please verify your details and payment category before completing the transaction.
