INTRODUCTION

Greetings!

The 4th International Conference on Science, Social Sciences, and Humanities (ICOSSH 2025), organized by the Faculty of Humanities, Management, and Science at Universiti Putra Malaysia Bintulu Campus Sarawak (UPMKB), is a continuation of ICOSSH 2019, 2021 and 2023, which successfully brought together researchers from within and outside the country. This year, conference participants can engage with one another through presentations. The conference focuses on the fields of social sciences and humanities, particularly as they pertain to the Sarawak and Borneo ethnic groups. Participants and audiences include researchers, academics, postgraduate students, government agencies, and policymakers. Additionally, the conference focuses on the impact of the conference, which includes forming networks with the state government, local and international research agencies, and industries that are actively engaged in the field.

The theme for ICOSSH 2025 is 'The Art of Unseen Treasure'. The conference covers topics of interest within science, social sciences, and humanities. The papers are presented by authors from Asian nations such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, and China in either English or Malay language.
