Interested presenters and participants are invited to register for 2nd ICPoFiVD 2026 HERE

Remarks:
1. Complete Online Registration by filling the registration from provided HERE, including:
- Selection of presentation type
- Upload of abstract / student ID (if applicable)
- Selection of payment method
2. Payment instructions will be provided after acceptance notification.
3. Registration is confirmed only after the required payment has been received.
4. Registration fees include access to all conference sessions, oral & poster presentations, coffee/tea breaks, lunch during conference days, and participation certificate.
5. A similar fee applies for both Oral and Poster presentations.
6. Accommodation is not included. Participants are advised to make thier acommodation arrangements.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
OPTION 1: UPM Payment Gateway System
- Please access the UPM Payment Gateway System (Kindly refer to "Dowload" section for the payment guidelines)
- Select "CONFERENCE"
- Login by UPM-ID for UPM students and staff or by Identification Number/Passport No. for others
- Select payment for “2ndICPoFiVD2026”
- Upload the receipt of payment during online registration.
OPTION 2: Vot Transfer (within UPM)
- Only eligible for the staff/student of UPM
- Please use this form: Vote Transfer Form (refer to the Vote Transfer Form Sample as guideline)
- Vot Number: 6486303
- Upload the proof of payment (scanned and completed Vote Transfer Form) during online registration.
- Please submit the hardcopy of Vote Transfer Form to the General Office, Laboratory of Vaccine and Molecules (VacBio), Institute of Bioscience, UPM (Attention to 2nd ICPoFiVD 2026 TREASURER: ChM. Muhamad Farhan Nazarudin/Nurul Wahida Abd Rani)
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received once registered online with proof of payment. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's membership status.
