Introduction

The 4th International Conference on Youth 2023 (ICYOUTH) 2023 aims to provide a platform for the presentation of research findings, policy-related issues, and practice insights related to youth well-being and digital media. This year's conference is the fourth installment of the ICYOUTH  series that began in 2011 with the theme Nurturing Youth-Adult Relationship for Healthy Youth Development; in 2013 with the theme Engaging Youth for Nation Building and lastly; and in 2016 with the theme of Youth as Global Leaders Today for a Better Tomorrow. The theme for ICYOUTH 2023 is Healthy Youth Development in the Digital Era. ICYOUTH 2023 aims to convene interested parties around the global rise in technology-related issues affecting young people’s wellness post-pandemic. We look forward to convening stakeholders from various backgrounds including researchers, practitioners, teachers, youth program participants, and policy makers.
