Poster Format and Guidelines

1. All presenters MUST dress formally.

2. All presentations must be delivered in English.

3. The poster must be A0 size and in portrait orientation.

4. The poster must include the following sections: Title, Authors, Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and Acknowledgements.

5. The official ILS and UPM logos must be prominently displayed at the top of the poster. Presenters are advised to use the official logos provided by the conference organisers.

6. Presenters may also include their institutional logo(s), where applicable.

7. All presenters are responsible for printing their own posters.

8. The poster must be displayed and securely mounted on the designated poster board during the conference. The specific presentation/display time will be announced at a later date.

9. All presenters are advised to check the conference website regularly for the latest updates and announcements regarding the poster presentation.
