Call for abstract
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
1. Abstract Submission
Abstract submission opens on 5 February 2026.
The submission deadlines are as follows:
• Oral Presentations: 31 July 2026 (extended)- closed
• Poster Presentations: 15 August 2026 (extended)
2. All abstracts must be submitted via the online abstract submission system.

4. Abstracts must be written in English.
5. The Abstract Title should be clear, concise, and grammatically correct. Please avoid the use of abbreviations in the title.

7. Authors will be notified of abstract acceptance via email by 15 August 2026. Upon acceptance, participants may proceed with conference registration.
Announcement: Update on Presentation Types for ILS2026
We would like to inform all prospective participants that submissions for Flash Oral Presentations are now officially closed.
At this stage, only Oral and Poster Presentations remain open for submission.
Please note the updated submission deadlines:

PresentationTypes
Three (3) types of presentations are available. Authors may choose their preferred mode of presentation during abstract submission. However, the final decision on the abstract acceptance and the presentation type will be made by the Scientific Committee.
1. Oral Presentations (closed)
- Open to lecturers and researchers
- Maximum presentation time is 20 minutes (including 5 mins of Q and A)
2. Flash Oral Presentations (closed)
- Open to students and early-career researchers (within 5 years of PhD completion)
- Flash oral presentations are limited to 5 minutes and should consist of a maximum of 5 slides, focusing on key objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
3. Poster Presentations (still open)
- Presentations will be in the printed poster format
- The official ILS2026 poster template and detailed guidelines will be shared later.
