Call for abstract

Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. Abstract submission opens online on 5 February 2026 and closes on 15 July 2026.
2. All abstracts must be submitted via the online abstract submission system.

3. Abstracts must be written in English.
4. The Abstract Title should be clear, concise, and grammatically correct.
• Please avoid the use of abbreviations in the title.
5. The abstract template can be downloaded here: ILS2026 Abstract Template 
6. An abstract acceptance will be notified by 15 August 2026.

 

Presentation Types

Three (3) types of presentations are available. Authors may choose their preferred mode of presentation during abstract submission. However, the final decision on the abstract acceptance and the presentation type will be made by the Scientific Committee.

1. Oral Presentations

• Open to lecturers and researchers
• Maximum presentation time is 20 minutes (including 5 mins of Q and A)

2. Flash Oral Presentations

• Open to students and early-career researchers (within 5 years of PhD completion)
• Flash oral presentations are limited to 5 minutes and should consist of a maximum of 5 slides, focusing on key objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

3. Poster Presentations

• Presentations will be in the printed poster format
• The official ILS2026 poster template and detailed guidelines will be shared later.
