Abstract Submission Guidelines
1. General Information

Electronic Submission: Abstracts must be submitted exclusively via the official online platform; submissions via email or other channels will not be processed.

Finality: No modifications or corrections are permitted once the submission is finalized. Authors are solely responsible for scientific accuracy and linguistic quality.

Evaluation Process: Every submission will undergo a formal evaluation by the Scientific Committee to ensure research quality and thematic relevance. The abstract evaluation and selection for oral and poster presentations will take approximately four weeks. Participants will be notified via email.
2. Research Themes
We invite submissions on a wide range of topics involving immunity, inflammation, and disease. To ensure an accurate review and indexing process, please categorize your abstract using the category that best aligns with your research content:

3. Submission Procedure
Authors must follow these steps to complete their submission:

Profiles: Complete all required personal and institutional contact fields.

Classification: Enter the full abstract title and select the most relevant research category.

Format Selection: Choose between Oral or Poster Presentation.

File Upload: Attach the abstract as a Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) file.

Declaration & consent: Complete the mandatory checklist.

Review all information and click Submit Abstract.
4. Selection for 5-Minute Poster (5MP) Competition
The Scientific Committee will rank all abstracts submitted for the poster category based on scientific merit:

5MP Competition: The top 10 abstracts will be selected for the live 5-Minute Poster (5MP) competition.

Standard Presentation: Authors not selected for the 5MP session will be required to submit a digital poster presentation featuring a 5-minute recorded voice narration.
5. Technical Specifications

Do not include tables, graphics, or references in the abstract.

Use abbreviations sparingly and define them upon first mention.

All abstract submissions must strictly follow the template provided. Only abstracts that conform to the given guidelines will be accepted.

6. Ethics & Deadlines

Registration: Author must settle all applicable fees by 30 August 2026 for the abstract to be included in the program.

Deadline for abstract submission: 30 July 2026.

Abstract acceptance notification: From 1 September 2026.

Archiving: Accepted abstracts will be compiled into the official Symposium E-Booklet for registered delegates.

Approvals: Authors are responsible for securing all necessary institutional ethics and regulatory approvals.

Committee Authority: The Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine the final presentation mode or disqualify submissions that do not meet these guidelines.
