Oral & Poster Presentation Guideline
GUIDELINE FOR ORAL, 5MP & DIGITAL POSTER PRESENTATION
ORAL PRESENTATION
1. General Requirements

Language: The official language of the symposium is English.
-
Attire: All presenters are required to wear formal attire.
-
Time Allocation: Each presenter is allotted 15 minutes in total:
-
8 minutes for the presentation.
-
7 minutes for the Question & Answer (Q&A) session.
-
Timekeeping: A timekeeper will monitor the session. A single bell will ring at the 7-minute mark (warning), and a double bell will ring at 8 minutes, at which point the presentation must conclude.
2. Slide Specifications
-
Format: Files must be saved as Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF.
-
Aspect Ratio: Please use a 16:9 (Widescreen) ratio to fit the venue's digital displays.

Structure: While creativity is encouraged, slides must include:

Title and Presenter’s Name and Affiliation.
-
Introduction & Objectives.
-
Methodology (Flowcharts are highly recommended).
-
Results & Discussion .
-
Conclusion & Impact.
-
References (Key citations only) & Acknowledgments.
-
Visual Design:
-
Ensure high contrast (e.g., dark text on light background).
-
Immunology-specific data (e.g., Flow Cytometry plots, IHC stains) must be high-resolution (min 300 dpi).
3. Submission Details
-
File Naming: Save your file as NAME_(AFFILIATION)_ORAL.pptx.
-
Online Submission (by September 25, 2026) via this link: Oral Presentation Form
-
On-site Backup: Presenters must also bring their final presentation on a USB flash drive (pendrive) as a secondary backup to be handed to the technical booth at least 1 hour before their session.
5 MINUTE POSTER PRESENTATION (5MP)
1. General Requirements

Aspect Ratio: Please use a 16:9 (Widescreen) ratio to fit the venue's digital displays.

Structure: While creativity is encouraged, the poster must include:

Title, Authors’ Names and Affiliations.

Introduction & Objectives.

Methodology (Flowcharts are highly recommended).

Results & Discussion.
-
Conclusion & Impact.

Visual Design:

Ensure high contrast (e.g., dark text on light background).

The screen-recorded voiceover of the poster should show the digital poster clearly.

Audio:

Record no more than 5 minutes of your voice. Ensure clear audio with minimal background noise. Presenters are encouraged to use a headset microphone.
