Remarks:

  1. Registration can be made by completing the registration form provided HERE
  2. Registrations are only confirmed once the required payment has been received.
  3. Oral/Poster presenters are required to submit the abstract upon registration.
  4. Registration fees include access to all conference sessions, oral & poster presentations, coffee/tea breaks, lunch during conference days, and a participation certificate.
  5. A similar fee is applied for both Poster and Oral Presentations.
  6. Accommodation is not included in the fees. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements for accommodation.

METHODS OF PAYMENT


OPTION 1: UPM Payment Gateway System
  

1. Please access the UPM Payment Gateway System

2. Select "MAKE PAYMENT"

3. Select payment for “ISIMBIOMAS2023

4. Upload the receipt of payment during online registration.

 

OPTION 2: Vot Transfer (within UPM)

1. Only eligible for the staff/student of UPM 

2. Please use this form: Vote Transfer Form (refer to the Vote Transfer Form Sample as guideline)

3. Vot Number: 6481500

4. Upload the proof of payment (scanned and completed Vote Transfer Form) during online registration.

 

REMARKS
If acceptance letter is required to proceed for payment, please inform us via email isimbiomas2023@upm.edu.my (i-SIMBIOMAS SECRETARIAT)

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received once registered online with proof of payment. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's membership status.
