Abstract Submission Guidelines
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING ABSTRACT, FULL WORKING PAPER & VIDEO RECORDING
ABSTRACT FORMAT:
- Abstract submission is open until 19 May 2025.
- All abstracts must be submitted via the submission system using the Google Form registration link.
- Abstracts must be written in either English OR Malay only, without mixing both languages.
- The abstract title must be clear, concise, and written with correct grammar. Avoid the use of abbreviations in the title.
- The abstract template can be downloaded from: [LINK]
FULL PAPER FORMAT:
- Full paper submission is open until 19 May 2025.
- The full paper must be in Microsoft Word format (A4 size), Times New Roman font, single spacing.
- Font sizes: Title (14pt), Author Name(s) (11pt), Abstract (10pt), Content (11pt).
- The paper length should be approximately 2,000 words, excluding references.
- The text must be written in either English OR Malay only, not a combination of both.
- Authors submitting manuscripts in English are encouraged to use language editing tools or services to ensure correct grammar and academic writing style.
- The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have approved the submission and content of the article.
- The reference style must follow the 7th edition of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA).

VIDEO FORMAT:
- Your recorded video will be played during the parallel sessions, alongside physical presentations.
- Duration: 5-8 minutes.
- The video must clearly and prominently display the presentation slides.
- For better engagement, the presenter’s face is highly encouraged to appear. (Presenter’s window should be small and overlaid on the presentation slides.)
- Video resolution: Maintain a 16:9 aspect ratio with a minimum resolution of 720p.
- File format: .mp4
- Ensure that the audio is clear and audible, and that it matches the presenter’s narration throughout the recording.

VIDEO RECORDING SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
- The video file size must not exceed 1 GB.
- The file format must be .mp4.
- Various platforms/applications can be used to produce presentation videos. You may use the PowerPoint slideshow recording tool OR Zoom, Google Meet, OBS, Screencast, or any other tool to record yourself while presenting.
- Name your video file as follows: KONVTVET2025_PaperID.mp4
- The deadline for video submission is 19 May 2025.
