ORAL & POSTER PRESENTATION
ORAL PRESENTATION
- All presenters MUST dress formally.
- All presentations must be delivered in English.
- Presentation slides must be prepared in Microsoft Office PowerPoint (saved in .ppt or .pptx format).
- There is no fixed format for the styles and arrangements of the presentation slides. However, the slides must include the title, names of the presenter and research supervisor, introduction, objectives, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, references and acknowledgements.
- The graphics displayed on the screen are intended to support your presentation. They should clarify ideas, emphasize essential points, demonstrate links, and provide visual information.
- The visuals must be clear and simple. Simple graphs, charts and diagrams are recommended. Text and title frames should be kept to a minimum of words.
- The time allocated for each presentation is 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes for the Q&A session.
- A timekeeper will assist with the allotted time. A bell will be rung at the end of the allocation time.
- Presenters MUST bring a copy of their presentation slides in the pendrive.
- The presentation slides must be submitted to the Oral Presentation Submission Form with the subject title NAME_(UNIVERSITY’S NAME)_ORAL.
- The deadline for presentation slide submission is 27th May 2024.

POSTER PRESENTATION
- All presenters MUST dress formally.
- All presentations must be delivered in English.
- The poster should be an A1 size and designed in portrait orientation.
- The poster should contain title, author, objective/introduction, methods, results, discussion, summary and acknowledgement.
- All presenters MUST print the poster on their own.
- The poster should be secured on the poster board on 1st June 2024.
