ORAL PRESENTATION

Guidelines for the Oral Presenter

  

To make sure your virtual presentation goes smoothly, you are required to:

• Presenters should have their presentation ready on a USB thumb drive and copy it to the laptop in the session room about 15 minutes before the start time, and please make sure it could be normally displayed.
• The presenter will only be given 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A. All presenters are requested to start and complete their presentation on time
• To better arrangement of the sessions, if a presenter cannot show up on time or need to cancel the presentation, please inform the Secretariat in advance during the conference or by e-mail to icossh@upm.edu.my.
