Designation: Director of Malaysia Green Technology Society

Biography: Dr Sagaran is currently the Director of Green Technology Society. He had received his PhD in Business Administration from Central State University of New York, USA, and an honorary doctorate in Business Administration from Global Human Peace University, India. He specializes in green technology and sustainable development. His had served as the general manager for ASEAN Railway Centre of Excellence (ARCOE), and Perak Entrepreneur Skills Development Centre, (PESDC) Malaysia.
