Started as a Trainee Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in 1989. Obtained Aircraft Maintenance License from CAA UK in 1992. Accomplished Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from UKM and later completed Master's courses with ITB. Recently obtained Doctorate in Engineering from UPM in the field of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic). The conducted PhD research and simulation leads to the solving of Airbus A380 door noise issue which plague all A380 operators.

In summary, the virtue of leadership by example has always been the motivational drive for excellence. Visionary, analytical, deep thinker, confident, decisive, quick to learn and treat every problem as a challenge to provide solution are some of the trades one holds dearly.
